soak the edge
The inside of thought is where everything teems and stirs with a thousand cracks is where the water meets the shore like threads pulled taut that soak the edge

Did you make this? :-o
Its nice, reminds me of Da Vinci's sketches. Everytime I see it I see something else and then the lines arrange themselves and let me see the picture of a woman, breasts carelessly splayed on her torso trying to rise or holding herself from a fall... Such a pose can be seen with so many eyes...
But I love the way it always starts as something else and then becomes a woman who at that point is not interested in carrying herself as one...
It is my drawing...just a raw sketch,
at best.
And a challenging angle to draw from ... The model completely oblivious to the scurried sounds of conté on paper, just trying to hold herself up...
Wow! You actually had a model for this piece? Neat...
So, do you sketch and draw often/professionally or is it an occasional fancy?
It is a very interesting angle. Haven't seen a nude done at this angle.
Yes, the foreshortening is difficult, so typically, one would avoid it.
It's not quite right in this sketch.
I do go to the occassional life drawing class, the way others go to the gym (although I go there too).
...I appreciate your thoughts.
